  The process could not have gone any smoother. Between James, Keith and Tim there was a perfect amount of communication and information flow. Not once did I have a question they could not answer. My neighbors even liked the installation crew because my yard was always orderly and nothing was flying into theirs. Very happy with the end result and 100% recomend them!

  We recently had some fire damage to the exterior our home from a neighbors house fire so have been getting quotes from local contractors to get our siding repaired and replaced. We were told the company only does full homes, which would have been understandable, except my husband explicitly stated we only need one side of our home sided, and we were not told this until a contractor came to our home to get an estimate. The contractor that came was rude and presumptuous. One of the first things he said to my husband was, "did I wake you up?" He came inside, told us that we are "OCD" because our home isn't a complete mess, explained to us what he was going to do (take measurements, bring in samples etc.), and before going outside to do those things TOLD me my husband was going outside with him and to have some coffee made by the time they were done. We called Pro Home Improvement because of the good reviews, but were sorely disappointed and will not be doing business with them.
